Production notes

Fermentation: extended maceration and fermentation, partly in wooden fermenters. Maturation: partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large casks, with certain components in contact with the skins and stems for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Ruby colour with a pink shimmer. Subtly pronounced, fresh aromatics, red berry fruit and plums, mineral (flintstone), and floral notes. Medium bodied, very well balanced, fresh-fruity, soft, mild, dry with well integrated tannins and savoury. Medium-long length. Best to be drunk: 2 - 5 years.
