Product notes
We've all had a bad Schnapps experience. You'd be lying if you said you haven't. But trust us, this isn't your old school schnapps-like liqueur. We've taken everything that we love about being in the heart of Niagara and put it into a bottle.
Production notes
Perfectly ripened Niagara peaches are milled and pressed to produce a beautifully sweet and deeply aromatic juice. This fresh pressed juice is added to our 100% rye spirit and left to marry and mellow in stainless steel. After the peach juice and rye spirit have integrated, we sweeten with cane sugar and gently filter before bottling.
