About this winery
The original distillery dating back to 1810 has finally succumbed to old age. In 1963, we decided to rebuild it and help revive the local community. Since then, we have been using our incredibly high stills to create a unique collection of whiskeys that sets us apart from all other distilleries. Indeed, while some distilleries produce only sweet whiskeys and others only smoked whiskeys, we produce both. It may be against tradition, but we like doing things our way. Jura Seven Wood was shaped by seven distinct oak woods: first fill ex-bourbon American white oak barrels, Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles and Les Bertranges
