Tasting notes

Château Cantin has a beautiful garnet colour with ruby tints. The nose, powerful and fruity, offers ripe fruit scents and a spicy note. On the palate, the wine is expressive and wellbalanced with peristent tannins. The attack, ample and round, delivers cherry, black fruits and coffee notes.

Winemaking notes

VINIFICATION: Traditional with thermoregulated stainless steel vats. 12 months in oak barrels. CELLAR POTENTIAL: Up to 10 years reflecting the above notes. After this period, the wine will show more mature characteristics..
