Production notes

Sustainable viticulture. de-budding, de-leafing and green harvest limit the yield. Hand-picking, de-stemming, gentle crushing. Ruby with purple glints. Fermentation at 26°C. Extraction through rack and return operations. 4 weeks maceration. The Syrahs are aged in French oak barrels. The Grenaches are aged in 100-year-old foudres and concrete tanks. 40 000 bottles produced per year.

Tasting notes

Rich and unctuous, with long lasting aromas of red fruits and spices, the cuvée will seduce the amateurs of fruit in its youth, and those who will age the wine (up to 10 years) to express its full potential and unique truffles notes.
