Production notes

Total destemming of the grape, followed by a soft crushing. Fermentation in stainless-steel vats for 12 days, at a controlled temperature between 25 and 26ºC. Ageing in new French and Hungarian oak barrels (225 liters), for 9 months.

Tasting notes

A vibrant and complex bouquet, in which notes of black and red fruit stand out, with hints of spice and cocoa. Elegant and balanced on the palate, it displays good acidity and a powerful structure, with very fine and elegant tannins.
