Fermentation: extended maceration and fermentation, partly in wooden fermenters Maturation: partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large casks, with certain components in contact with the skins and stems for 6 months
Tasting notes
Ruby colour with a pink shimmer subtly pronounced, fresh aromatics, red berry fruit and plums, mineral (flintstone), and floral notes medium bodied, very well balanced, fresh-fruity, soft, mild, dry with well integrated tannins and savoury medium-long aftertaste.
