Farmed according to biodynamic methods of agriculture, Demeter certification.
Fermentation: spontaneous maceration. Maturation: malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation in small casks of 150 and 225 litres (approximately 18 months). Römigberg estate vineyard located on the North- West of the lake Caldaro, steep slopes exposed on South-Southeast, 250-330 metres a.s.l.(820- 1,080 feet) under the morenic deposit with loamy content, rocky and gravelly dolomitic limestone.
Color: cherry-red with a ruby shimmer Smell: concentrated aromatics, fruity (cherry, black currant) spicy and floral notes Taste: full bodied, elegant, present tannins, spicy, fresh Best to be drunk: 5 - 20 years
