Production notes

The cuvée is aged on fine lees to bring smoothness and elegance, which are in perfect harmony with the aromatic freshness. Bottling takes place in February of the year following the harvest and the wine is available after settling one month in bottle.

Tasting notes

Very complex, with a viognier signature. Apricot first dominates and evolves towards green apple and sweet almond. Ripe mango and floral rose hints give it an elegant and exotic character. Initial freshness is followed by harmonious smoothness and elegance. Very long, the wine has remarkable fat and aromatic complexity, with long lasting citrus and white peach aromas.
