Product notes

Our good practices allow us to certify that the elements of biodiversity (grassed rows, wood, hedges, trees, flowers, insects...) are largely present on our vineyard and agricultural practices' impact onthe environment (air, climate, water, soil, respect for biodiversity, landscape) is reduced to a minimum. We stimulate the natural defenses of the vine and develop a wine-growing agroforestry.HVE (Environmental High Value) level 3 certified method.

Production notes

Grape sorting, manual harvest, vinification in blended varieties, fermentation at 25°C, rather short macerations : 2-3 weeks. Maturing in concrete and stainless steel tanks for 1 year on lees.

Tasting notes

Wine on the fruit, red berries, black pepper, fruit coulis. Fleshy and smooth mouth, thirst-quenching, pleasure and easiness.
