About this winery

A coastal appellation, it is favored with fog in the morning and sunny afternoons cooled by maritime breezes. Winemaking notes

This distinct Rosé was made in an understated style. Skin contact was minimized to promote fruit forward aromas, bright flavors, and an attractive soft pink color. Minimizing the skin contact also helps build a wine with soft tannins that lets the acidity shine. As grapes were received at the winery they were immediately pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at cold temperatures. No oak was used during fermentation and the resulting wine did not go through malolactic fermentation to showcase the fruit personality from our California vineyards.

Tasting notes

The elegant and dry wine has pleasing aromas and flavors of fresh watermelon, citrus, raspberry, bright cherry and rose petal. This Rosé wine is fresh and delicate and pairs well with a wide array of foods or is delightful to sip on its own.
