The fermentation is conducted by separate grape varieties and the vattings happens over 21 days. After fermentation, a selection of tanks is made for assembly. The entire harvest is placed in barrels of oak, Allier, to age until bottled, 12 to 15 months later (1/3 new barrels). The barrels are racked every 3 months and the aging of the wine ends with the blending,
Sweet berry and plum aromas, with hints of flowers, follow through to a full body, with slightly chewy tannins and a ripe fruit finish. This has very good structure.
