Colour Amber-brown with a dark red rim. Nose Lifted with an attractive mix of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel and a touch of nutty aged rancio complexity. Palate Rich and vibrant displaying ripe spicy fruit, toffee and walnuts framed by smoky oak with a lifted cleansing finish.
Penfolds Club is a multi-vintage, multi-varietal blend to maintain quality and consistency with each release. It has an average age of three years at the time of bottling.
Matured in seasoned small oak casks (hogsheads) at the Penfolds Kalimna Tawny Cellar, in the Barossa Valley
