About this winery
In 1840, Jean Febvre, a barrel cooper from Montbard, founded the Winery that is now Maison Simonnet-Febvre. It was exclusively specialized in the making of sparkling wines using the - Traditional Method -. Today they are the only winery in Chablis that produces Cremant de Bourgogne.
The Saint-Bris 2017 has a golden color with light green highlights. Its powerful nose is characterized by aromas of exotic fruits, freshly cut grass and citrus fruits such as grapefruit. This wine has a good structure with an aromatic fruit and vegetable persistence.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks between 16° and 20°c. Full malolactic fermentation completed.
