Dark purple core with a vibrant plum hue. Bright and alluring with concentrated aromatics of rose and forest floor, accentuated by subtle dried lavender and white sage.Juicy, lush and generous, layered with dark rich brambles of blackberry, cherry, plumb and moss. The wine is enhanced by succulent acid, fine cedar and elegant tannins, leading to beautiful depth and length, creating a wine of harmony and poise.
Even and long ripening, with moderate yields delivering full fruit flavours and balanced acidity.
A portion receives 13 months oak maturation with new and seasoned French oak barrels. Selected parcels remained in tank to retain a fresh lift.
