Age of the vines: 2 - 73 years
Production notes
Vinification: Components that fermented on the mash, components that had a shorter maceration on the press and directly pressed components. Aged in steel, large wood and small wood with a residence time on the gross yeast of approx. 6 months.
Tasting notes
Bright green-yellow, semi-aromatic, fresh, mineral, fruity, floral medium bodied, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, juicy. Best to be drunk: 2-6 years. Suggested food: starters, asparagus, all kinds of seafood (preferably grilled or roasted), poultry and white meat.
