About this winery

Four generations for this Châteauneuf-du-Pape house rooted in the heart of the Rhône Valley for more than 70 years. In 1931, Charles Brotte, the founder, moved to Châteauneuf-du-Pape and created a bottling cellar, to offer wine lovers to the character of this country. Production notes

Harvesting by hand at perfect maturity early in the morning. Gentle pneumatic pressing • Cold settling • Alcoholic fermentation at 17-20°C depending on the grape variety • 6 months ageing on the fine lees in concrete and stainless-steel vats.
