Vineyard is at the heart of Pomerol, average age of the vineyard is 31 years.
Production notes
Gravity entry, ploy by plot, of entire grape berries in termo-regulated cement vats from 35 to 120 HIs. Pigeage for little capacity vats. Wine is matured in French oak barrels, which are renewed for one third every year.
