Product notes
We always strive for our grapes to express their full inherent potential by avoiding all unnatural interventions in the winery, in particular, foreign and artificial yeasts or fining agents. By practicing skin maceration of the grapes, cold settling of the juice, promoting indigenous yeast ferments and prolonged lees contact – keys aspects of our holistic approach to low intervention winemaking. The fermentation and ageing take place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Production notes
We embrace and are certified for our organic and sustainable practices toward preservation of biodiversity, soil biota and water resources of our steep slopes. An allimportant part of our ethos to curtail the progressive effects of Climate Change involve experimenting, adapting and sharing of know-how.
Tasting notes
Soft and silky texture, flavours of ripe yellow plums, white cherries and nectarines, with lifted scent of wild cherry blossom and lime flower. Mouth-watering freshness and the juicy peach-like off-dry palate feels like an amusement park. Slightly salted and honey-like finish toned with the smooth texture of the wine keeps the party going for a long (very long) time.
