Product notes

Julius is the concept of fermenting whole clusters of Pinot Noir & Riesling brought to life. Carbonic maceration yields a wine, delivering on its lively, deliriously vivid promise.

Production notes

The fruit for Julius was harvested from two tiny blocks of our most prized vineyards at the same time on the same day. Spontaneous carbonic fermentation. 100% whole clusters. 15-day maceration. Like all our wines, the 2022 Julius is an incredibly limited production.

Tasting notes

AROMAS: Earth. Cherries. Spice PALATE: Fine. Lively. Delicious.
