Production notes
Wine pressing and light maceration on the skins for 3-4 hours. After separation, the product is left to settle for 12 hours at the temperature of 10° C. Then, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C for 10 days.
Tasting notes
A fresh and crisp wine with an inviting nose and hints of apple and delicate floral notes. Well balanced acidity and freshness.
