Production notes
The grapes are macerated on the skins for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 25-26° C to enhance fruity perfumes. After alcoholic fermentation, the product is decanted. Malolactic fermentation follows. The wine is afterwards stocked in steel vats before assembling and bottling.
Tasting notes
A fruity and full-flavoured red wine with hints of dark cherry. Velvety, with soft, supple tannins and a long finish.
