Production notes
Harvested by hand. Maceration with skins on for 10 hours. Fermentation in new and second year French oak barrels, followed by ageing for 4 months using the "battonage" method.
Tasting notes
Colour: Golden / Green. Nose: Dedicated touch of toast with suggestions of apricot, lemon and a lot of mineral. Mouth: Powerfully it presents touch of wood very well integrated leaving nuances of tropical fruits, fresh with a long finish.
