Production notes
Harvested by hand. Maceration with skins on for 10 hours. Fermentation French oak barrels, followed by ageing for 4 months using the "battonage" method.
Tasting notes
A complex and fine nose, with perfectly developed aromas of citrus and harmonious notes of smoke that strengthen its aromatic exuberance. Modern in style and a remarkably attractive character defined by its excellent acidity. An engaging wine with a fresh and long finish.
