Product notes

Origin: Different vineyards from various locations throughout Alto Adige. This wine represents a large part of our diversity and includes grapes from 210 meters a.s.l. up to 740 meters a.s.l. Soils: This wine consists of a potpourri of many common soil types that predominate in Alto Adige´s vineyards. We focus on soils on volcanic bedrock and soils on limestone-rich bedrock. Both worlds come together in Misto Mare.

Production notes

With Misto Mare we bring together the diversity of grape varieties from across Alto Adige in a single blend. This wine combines over 14 different grape varieties, both white and red, sourced from various sites with differing levels of ripeness, acidity, and sugar. The interplay of different grape varieties unfolds a fascinating complexity. Diversity is key.
