Product notes

Alto Adige is one of the few growing regions in Italy that offers very good conditions for the Pinot Noir grape, which is why it is one of the most prominent red wine varieties here today. This grape flourishes in cool, well-aerated locations. Our Pinot Noirs come from selected vineyards in Appiano, Missiano and Pochi and display a combination of finesse and power.

Production notes

Vinification: Fermentation: maceration in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: concrete vessels and casks (approximately 12 months). Viticultural Practices: farmed according to biodynamic methods of viticulture, Demeter certification. Origin: selected vineyards in Pochi and Appiano. Altitude: 300 to 450 metres a.s.l. (980 - 1,500 feet), sandy, loamy soils and partly with high content of limestone.
