Production notes
The grapes are harvested by hand, placed in small crates and quickly brought to the winery where they are manually selected on a belt-conveyor. Destemmed and slightly crushed, they are sent to the press where they are gently pressed. The must obtained is left to ferment without any temperature checking in wooden barrels of 225 liters. After the fermentation the wine obtained rests on the lees for about 8 months.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with intense gold reflections. Strong hints of vanilla, honey, ginestra flower and mature yellow peach. Elegance and persistence on the palate are perfectly completed by the extraordinary complexity and sapidity.
