Product notes
A lovely combination of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah make for a very good pairing with an aperitif, salads, BBQ, fish and desserts.
Production notes
Soil: silty clay soil and sandy with frequent outcrops of schistose rocks. Wine-making: direct pressing and cool (10°C), settling for 48 hours. Slow fermentation at low temperature (17°C) in stainless steel tanks.
