Product notes
A white grape variety of international renown, Chardonnay reveals its uniqueness in the terroirs of Pays d'Oc. Terroirs with a Mediterranean climate and a great diversity of soils, which allow it to assert itself with personality. Harvested at night to preserve freshness. Gentle pressing, cold settling followed by low-temperature alcoholic fermentation. Aged in wood for 6 to 8 months to bring complexity and finesse. Regular stirring of the lees to give the wine volume.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow color. Aromas of white flowers and acacia with notes of roasted almonds and a touch of honey. Elegant, well-balanced and round on the palate, with notes of citrus and white fruit and a hint of vanilla on the finish. Ideal with fish in sauce, white meats or mild cheeses.
