Production notes

This Pinot Blanc comes from our vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos in the Okanagan Valley. Our oenologist selects the grapes for this blend guided by his experience, decades of viticultural research, and by observations of the influence of nature on the vine.

Tasting notes

Rather deep straw yellow wine. Fairly powerful nose giving off aromas of honeydew melon and flowers. There are also subtle vegetal notes. Take pleasure in tasting this white with a pleasant freshness. It reveals a full texture that culminates in a fairly persistent finish.
