Production notes
Manual harvest, strict sorting on the table. 100% destemmed, vatting in stainless steel vats at temperature 30/33°C, frequent pumping over, maceration for 8 to 15 days. Aged on fine lees in thermoregulated stainless steel vats for 4 months, then stored in bottles for 6 months before marketing.
Tasting notes
Very nice attack, lots of substance, a fleshy, elegant wine, which leaves good persistence at the end of tasting.
