For quite some time now Burmester has been producing two wines in addition to an extensive selection of port wines. This is one of them. IWC POINTS - 90

Production notes

The grapes are harvested manually and after destemming they ferment for 10 days in steel tanks. After this period, the wine matures for another 9 months in small oak barrels of 225 litres.

Tasting notes

Complex nose where smoked notes are very well integrated into a fresh matrix of red fruit. Its soft tannins enhance the elegance of this wine, which in the mouth demonstrates well the vigor and characteristic of the 3 varieties selected for the lot. A structured and creamy wine, with an amazing persistence. Consume 16-18 ºC.
